README for dracut

WARNING!!!

If you are using lvm and/or cryptsetep, make sure you see those modules in the
output of 'dracut -v'! If you don't see them, the generated initramfs/initrd
likely will NOT boot properly!

Also, this port now includes a module configuration that enables the 'bash'
module instead of relying on the 'dash' module as it seems to be very broken
with lvm currently.
