Since libarchive 2.8.0, bsdtar can now extract rpm files. This would allow us to use standard pkgmk extraction for such source files (eg, openoffice) instead of calling rpm2targz.

Attached is a patch to make pkgmk understand rpm files. The regular bsdtar call seems to work fine here:

#bash-4.1$ bsdtar -p -o -C . -xf ../huludesktop-x86_64.rpm
#bash-4.1$ ls
etc usr
