FS#1476 - pkgmk: show the complete error message from signify

I've tested the patch summarily:
- force MISMATCH on some file
- change the public key from .signature (forcing a verbose error message)
- change the .signature file (forcing the old/new error message)

I've made a patch for /etc/pkgmk.conf, to make it easier testing this change (without clashing with the upcoming update of pkgutils).
