Thanks for the report.
I'll fix the port, but IMHO it should be fixed upstream for next versions of prt-get, so this completion file belongs to prt-get's source code and not to the port, and that's for what I'm gonna keep this ticket as open for now.

I reassigned the task to Johannes in another category: tools/prt-get, where your patch could be applied directly.
